Introducing the long awaited Kiron MTL-Blade
We all are very excited about the latest news on Kiron bikes here at Wiggle. After seeing a sneaky peek of the Kiron MTL Blade during a photo shoot at the Wiggle Enduro 6 event, I knew this was going to be a awesome build.
The Kiron MTL Blade Road Bike is aimed at the enthusiast road rider who is looking for a premium Easton frame finished with top quality components.
Easton is one of the premium alloy and carbon manufacturers in the world and supplies products to many of the Pro tour teams. Easton products are widely seen as the number 1 component brand in the UK.
This new edition to the Kiron brand is individually hand-built and utilizes the benefits of Easton’s UltraLite tubing, the front end is super stiff and lightweight. With unparalleled fatigue strength and superb ride characteristics, UltraLite is the highest performing tube set available for road racing. Perfect for serious performance freaks. Next to Scandium, these are the lightest aluminium tube sets available.
The Kiron MTL Blade has been coupled with the award winning Easton EC70 carbon forks, this means the end user has a superb frame and fork platform perfect for upgrading at any point.
With FSA bars, stem, and seat post you no that their have been no compromises in it’s build. The Kiron MTL Blade is equipped with Shimano’s 105, and FSA components which constantly offer you excellent performance. The final touches are a Selle Italia Saddle, fast rolling Pariba Tyres and Easton handlebar tape. These products have been selected to be hard wearing, lightweight and perfect for any rider. The MTL Blade is available in Compact (50/34) chainset with a 12-25 cassette on the rear giving you a wide range of ratios to suit most road surfaces and routes.
