“BONKING! Now i’ve got your attention! No bonking here……we’re British!! A few SIS GO gels for the first few hours of my 3 hour trail run and then a couple of these to bring me home. Kicks in about 10 mins after consumption – nice taste & clean finish with the Isotonic science bit! Very good gels, maybe TOO good as make me want to run and run and then tendonitis here we come!!! “!

“I really like this, I used it as a supplement to some ailling shorts I have. The pad is so comfortable and disappears into its function so much so I thought it had dropped out and such was my concern I stopped on a busy street and had a feel round for it! I do like this”.

“Best set of wheels I’ve owned. Lively. Super snappy while putting in the big ones up hill, plus they feel rock solid descending (which I was concerned about before hand, I’m 82Kg’s at my “fighting weight”). One point to note is that they took a good 100k’s for the rear free hub to come to life, not sure what that was all about”.
