Helen Jenkins has had more podium finishes at the ITU World Triathlon Series than any other British woman and has taken the overall win twice. She's also competed at three Olympic games and, at London 2012, she achieved the highest ever finishing position by a British woman at that point.

As Helen announces her retirement from the sport, we take a look at the success of Team GB at the recent Tokyo Olympics and ask what the future holds for the sport.
