Hi, I’m Andy and I’ve worked as part of the Customer Services Tech Team for just under a year.  I work on most things from answering on-site product questions to resolving bike warranty issues. I’m also a member of the Team Wiggle staff race team so I compete in races across the country.

For me the Wiggle Way means that through regularly cycling in one form or another I can fully appreciate the point of view of the customers that I talk to.  I know how frustrating it can be when your bike is out of action so I always try and find a resolution to issues as soon as possible.

I have also had the opportunity to try some of the products that we sell so I can provide genuine personal recommendations for the good stuff I would choose to use myself.

Some of my achievements from this year would be a few wins in local circuit races which I hope to add to as the season continues.  Myself and some other members of Team Wiggle have also been accepted into a 5 day stage race in Wales where we hope to put in a good performance.
