We can't wait until triathlons start up again. We asked our community what their 'must-do' 2021 triathlon and ironman events are to give us something to look forward to when we're allowed to race again.

For climbers
TriHard Helvellyn
The organisers of the Helvellyn, TriHard, claim it's one of the toughest triathlons in the world. You'll start with a swim in the clear Ullswater before climbing the infamous 'Struggle' with an elevation gain of 1489 ft on Kirkstone Pass. If that's not enough, you'll be finishing with a run up and down Helvellyn with an elevation gain of 3118 ft. Hardcore!
'Helvellyn Triathlon with TriHard events for sure. Tough, scenic and well organised.'
Cheryl Frost
'Helvellyn is right up there as events go, and racing this year with a pro field made it a little bit special. Topping out on "the struggle" may be the end of the climbing on the bike but still plenty of climbing to do on the run.'
Steven Gregory

'Alpe d’Huez triathlon is stunning and one tough event.'

Challenge Roth
With events open to all from amateur right up to pro-level, Challenge Roth is an amazing experience whether you're racing or cheering for your favourites.
'I’m fortunate to be racing Challenge Roth as a GB Age Grouper at the European Championships. Roth is along with Kona the top bucket list race for me!'
William Galvin
'The best event for the crowd atmosphere is Challenge Roth.'
Mark Skivington
AJ Bell World Triathlon Leeds
This comes up time and again in our Wiggle Pro Show interviews. Professional triathletes have a love/hate relationship with the undulating course but all agree that the fan support is amongst the best in the world.
'The first year got a lot of bad press but everyone has upped their game since then and it's now a brilliant event.'
Brett Roscoe
