CEP Compression night run sleeves compression wear

In this Staff Review, Team Wiggle's Tim Wiggins gives us his opinion of the colourful compression sleeves - the CEP Night Calf Sleeves 2.0

The clocks have gone back; the mornings are lighter (for now), but those evening runs are now very definitely done in full head-torch and hi-vis mode… bring out the FLUORO!

The CEP Night Run range is designed to be visible; whilst also providing the superb compression comfort and performance that the CEP brand are known for. The CEP Night Calf Compression Sleeves are one of the staples of the range, and a great way to add safety and muscle stability, all in one package.

The neon compression sleeves are designed to provide a graduated compression of the calf - giving added muscle stability; for improved performance, recovery, and a reduced chance of injury.

I've been testing the CEP Night Calf Sleeves on evening trail runs; partnered with the CEP No Show socks; they've impressed! Fit is crucial with compression wear, and CEP provide a great size chart to ensure you get the right size for your calf circumference; once you've found that snug profile, the sleeves feel super supportive, and they provide a noticeable reduction in post-run calf ache and reduce the chance of shin splints.

In terms of visibility, the CEP Night Calf Sleeves are about as bright as you can get! The (very Wiggle) orange stands out like a lollipop lady's jacket; whilst the reflective detailing provides a great highlight for car headlamps. You feel notably more visible.

The CEP sleeves are washing well (which is good, as my trail runs are very muddy!), and they are also very affordable for quality compression wear; making them a good investment in my book. Stabilise your muscles, and light up the night! Recommended.
