Terms and Conditions


The competition is open to entrants resident in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, who take part in the Science in Sport Tour de France competition. Employees of Science in Sport, Trek Factory Racing and Wiggle and other representatives of their affiliates, and advisors and their immediate family members are not permitted to enter the competition. Entry implies acceptance of the rules. Wiggle can accept only those entries that are completed and submitted in the format designated below. Entrants must be 18 years or over. You must promptly notify Wiggle if you become aware of a potential breach of security, such as unauthorised disclosure or use of your password, username, or e-mail address. Wiggle reserves the right to disqualify any entry from the prize-draw if in its sole judgment the entrant has not complied with these terms and conditions.

How to enter

Simply fill out the form on the Wiggle blog with your personal details and answer the question in the survey. The winner must be over 18 years of age to enter. The prize carries no cash value and is non-transferable.

Competition Period

The competition will commence at 00.01 BST 9th of July, 2015 and close at 23.59 BST on 16th of July, 2015. Duplicate entries, copies and other mechanical reproduction of entries are not permitted. Wiggle may immediately terminate any account that it determines, in its sole discretion is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any “spam” or other unsolicited bulk e-mail. Entries that are completed or entered by means not in compliance with these rules will be disqualified and the entrant will not be eligible for future participation in competitions with Wiggle.

Science in Sport, Trek Factory Racing and Wiggle will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries (c) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or other computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of High5, Wahoo or Wiggle; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the prize-draw. 

Winner Selection

The prize winners shall be selected by Wiggle after the competition period. The winners will be notified by e-mail within one day. The prize winners will have two (days) from notification to respond to Wiggle. By entering the competition you consent to Wiggle passing on your details to any relevant third party for the purpose of contacting you directly in the event you’re a winner.

If a selected winner or substitute winner is unreachable or ineligible, or fails to claim the prize, the winner or substitute winner will forfeit his or her prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner. Prizes are not transferable, and no substitutions (including cash) will be given, except that Wiggle may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. The unclaimed prize remains the property of Wiggle. This process is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Non winners will not be notified.

General Release

By entering the competition you release Wiggle, relevant third parties, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agencies from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the competition or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (except as prohibited by law).


By accepting any prize, entrants consent to the use of their name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional and other purposes without further payment, except where prohibited by law. The winner may be required to participate in Wiggle’s marketing and promotional activities. By entering into this competition you consent to participate in Wiggle’s marketing and promotional activities including providing a paragraph for the Wiggle blog and associated PR.
